We purchased our new forever home from Tamara last month. I am beyond impressed with the communication between us and the owners. She always made me feel at ease with the whole process. We had 3 settlements lined up for us all on the one day which was stressful, she was the first out of everyone (solicitor and realtors) to say it was all done and congratulations. A beautiful welcome hamper was amazing to walk into also. I have Never experienced the service I received from Hazelden realty - the office staff were just as lovey to deal with. I am so glad our dream house was available through Hazelden realty as my experiences from the other realtors local in Beerwah were actually quite horrible, and dishonest. So thank you Tamara and the team for such a great experience. They checked in a week after to make sure everything was okay (which no selling realtor ever really does) - they usually just wipe there hand clean.

Tamara, Tess and the team were knowledgeable and in touch with the current market conditions, they addressed all our concerns and came up with excellent marketing strategies to ensure we were confident of a sale with a price point that we were happy with.
Their knowledge of the local market was invaluable along with their local contacts to assist us to bring the property to market in a great condition without overspending for minimal return.
This team was open and honest with how to market the property and communicated clearly with each and every step to have our place market ready. They made regular contact with us and followed all communications up in a very timely manner and provided written instructions when we needed.
The attention to detail with written communication was great and the gathering of documents in preparation for sale was very convenient for us as the sellers. This relieved us of a lot of last-minute scrambling to provide documents that are required to sell.
